MARINETTE — Marinette County dispatch received a call regarding a home invasion burglary at a residence Thursday afternoon on Rehms Road in the Town of Peshtigo.

Sheriff Jerry Sauve said one woman and two men were reported to have entered the home, physically assaulted a resident and fled in a vehicle. He said officers were able to locate the two men a short time later in a wooded area off of River Road in the Town of Porterfield where they were taken into custody. The woman was located later in the Town of Grover where she was taken into custody.

The two men were identified as Dallas Willis, 30, and Jack Swearingen, 41, both of Marinette. Willis and Swearingen were ordered to be held on supervision violations through the Department of Corrections. Willis was also held on a previously issued apprehension request warrant from the DOC. The woman, identified as Laura Dahlin, 36, Marinette, is lodged on charges of criminal trespassing and party to the crime of substantial battery.

All three suspects are currently lodged in the Marinette County Jail and reports are being prepared for the Marinette County District Attorney. Sauve said this is an ongoing investigation, and it appears to be an isolated incident, so he said there is no ongoing concern for public safety related to this incident.
