MARINETTE — Justin Wroblewski, Vice President - Business Banking Officer and Retail Lending Manager, has recently been promoted to the Senior Management Team at The Stephenson National Bank & Trust (SNBT). He is currently responsible for providing guidance to prospective businesses and handling an existing commercial lending portfolio by delivering the right mix of banking solutions as well as overseeing and managing the retail lending team.

“Justin brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to the Senior Management Team,” said Daniel J. Peterson, SNBT president and CEO. “He has been a dedicated member of our team for a decade and continues to take on new responsibilities and projects, which contributes to our overall success and vision of the bank. We’re thrilled to see his growth throughout the years and proud to have him as a member of the SNBT family.”

Wroblewski joined the Business Banking department in 2009 as a Credit Analyst. He was promoted to Business Banking Officer in 2012, then to Assistant Vice President in 2014 and to Vice President in 2016. He possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University, is a graduate of UW-Madison School of Business Bank Leadership and the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. In addition, he has participated in the M&M Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy and Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations.

Wroblewski has also received a diploma from the Graduate School of Banking (GSB) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. GSB uses a mix of lectures, bank simulations, case study discussions and hands-on projects in order to focus on the management of strategic issues faced by banking industry professionals. Taking part in this program prepared him for joining the Senior Management team at SNBT.

He has been involved in various leadership roles within the bank and in the community including the SNBT Wellness Committee member, Get Smart about Credit presenter, United Way board member, and Healthy Youth Coalition Board member.
