LENA — Crivitz held off a scrappy Lena girls basketball team 65-42 on Friday.

After taking a 33-17 lead into the half, the Wolverines (3-1 overall, 2-0 in the M&O Conference), were matched nearly evenly in the second half.

Four Wolverines finished in double-figures, led by 14 points a piece from Chloe Gruszynski and Riley Mueller. Emalee Johnsen and Bailey Bemis each added 11.

The Wildcats (0-3 overall, 0-2 in the M&O), were paced by Meckenna Portier with 19 points. Alayna Peterson added seven.
