CRIVITZ — The annual High Falls Fish-O-Rama will be held Saturday. Trophies sponsored by Popp’s Resort, cash, or prizes will be awarded for the longest three fish in each species. Fish entry tickets can be purchased for $5 per person at Popp’s Resort, Tall Oaks, T & B One Stop, High Falls One Stop, Boatlanding 4 and at the entrance to the Fish-O-Rama. Fish ticket sales will end at noon on the day of the event. Fish registration ends at 3:30 p.m.There will be an ice fishing shanty decorating contest.

A snowmobile radar run will be begin at 9 a.m. with registration starting at 8:30. The track will be 800 feet long. Trophies, sponsored by Rene’s Dining Room, will be awarded for top speeds in all classes including: non-studded, studded, stock, modified/improved, youth, vintage snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, UTVs and SxSs.

Raffle Tickets will be sold for $10. Only 500 tickets will be sold. Cash prizes, including $1,000 for first prize, will be awarded on the ice at 4:30. Paddle wheel prizes, donated by area businesses, will be awarded from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kids are welcome to play plinko to win prizes.

Food and refreshments will be sold in a large heated tent beginning at 11 a.m.

The Fish-O-Rama and Radar Run will be held on High Falls Flowage, just off Boat Landing 3 road, on the Iron Snowshoe Snowmobile Trail, 12 miles northwest of Crivitz. Parking on ice and land is available.

The event is sponsored by the Twin Bridge Water Ski Team.
