MARINETTE — A Two Rivers, Wisconsin, man will serve time in prison for offenses involving a vehicle.

Bennie J. Reeson, 43, was sentenced Monday in Marinette County Circuit Court Branch 1 to 31/2 years in prison for take and drive vehicle without owner’s consent and hit-and-run.

He received three years for the first charge and six months for the second charge. The sentences run consecutively, and will be followed by three years of extended supervision. He also must pay $17,083.03 in restitution.

Charges of flee and elude police officer and resisting or obstructing an officer were dismissed, but read in for sentencing purposes.

The offense happened on Sept. 2, 2018, and Reeson entered no contest pleas on March 14.
