Marinette County Sheriff

■ An SUV driven by Brian J. Hentz, 67, Pembine, entered the ditch and struck a guide wire for a utility pole at 11:07 a.m. March 11 on Highway 180 in the Town of Wagner.

■ An SUV driven by Zachary J. Peissig, 25, N2062 Shore Drive, Marinette, lost control due to slushy road conditions, slid into the ditch and struck a utility pole at 7:40 a.m. March 11 on County Trunk BB in the Town of Peshtigo.

■ A car driven by Deborah K. Beaupre, 59, Amberg, lost control on ice, entered the opposite ditch and rolled onto its passenger side at 12:23 p.m. March 10 on County Trunk C in the Town of Wausaukee. Beaupre was extricated and transported to Aurora Medical Center - Bay Area.

■ An SUV driven by Rebecca L. Flores, 41, Wausaukee, lost control, entered the ditch and overturned at 7:10 a.m. March 5 on U.S. 141 in the Town of Middle Inlet.

Menominee County Sheriff

■ Douglas Siebras, 38, Menominee was arrested 9:40 a.m. Jan. 27 on a warrant in the City of Menominee. The warrant was for failure to appear for an arraignment out of 95A District Court of Menominee.

■ A deputy was advised at 9:58 a.m. Jan. 27 to contact a subject in reference to a possible larceny that occurred in Menominee Township. The caller stated that her previous caretakers were withdrawing money from her account without her permission. She stated they were making unauthorized purchases using her debit card for purposes other than for her. An investigation was conducted.

■ Alyssa Sagataw, 25, Gladstone, was arrested at 6:45 a.m. Jan. 28 on a warrant in Delta County. The warrant was for failure to appear for plea and sentencing on an original charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense out of 95A District Court of Menominee. She was transported to Menominee County Jail, where she was lodged without incident. 

■ A deputy responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash on G-18 in Nadeau Township at 3:43 p.m. Jan. 29. A log truck driven by James Schiles, 45, Wausaukee, was traveling on G-18 when he entered a curve. He was unable to make the corner and ran off of the road on the right and overturned. No injuries were reported and the vehicle sustained minor damages. He was able to retrieve the logs and get them all back onto the truck.

■ Deputies were dispatched to a business in Nadeau Township at 10:07 a.m. Jan. 1 for a report of an assault and battery that had just taken place in the parking lot. Deputies located the victim and was able to get a brief statement before he was transported to the hospital for his injuries. The suspects were located shortly after and both, a 17-year-old boy and a 26-year-old woman, were arrested for aggravated assault.

■ A deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the City of Menominee at 9:26 p.m. Feb. 3. Upon making contact with the driver, a 37-year-old Menominee man, he was found to be driving without a license. He was arrested and given 10 days to contact 95A District Court and was released.

■ A deputy, along with a rescue and city police officers, were dispatched at 9:46 a.m. Feb. 2 to a residence to Menominee Township for an unresponsive 61-year-old Menominee man where CPR was in progress. The deputy hooked up an AED while the city officer continued CPR. The AED administered two shocks and the man started labored breathing on his own. He was later transported to the hospital. The deputy was informed the next day that the man was still alive.
