Menominee County Sheriff

■ A deputy was dispatched to a residence in Nadeau Township at 9:10 a.m. Jan. 9 for a neighbor dispute. the caller stated the neighbor's horses get out, come into the caller's yard and cause damage. The caller requested the neighbor be spoken to about keeping her horses on her own property.

■ Deputies were called to the Carney-Nadeau Public school for a malicious destruction of property complaint that occurred on school property. The compliant stated that some property was damaged in the school and they would like to pursue charges at this time. An investigation was conducted and interviews were completed. A report was sent to the prosecutor's office for review. 

■ A deputy responded to a one-vehicle traffic crash on U.S. 41 in Nadeau Township at 2:51 p.m. Jan. 10. A vehicle driven bu a 24-year-old Green Bay man was traveling north on U.S. 41 when he lost control and entered the ditch on the right. He then traveled in the ditch, at which time, he crossed No. 31 Road and struck the stop sign. He was arrested for improper registration plates and no insurance. 

■ Deputies were dispatched at 4:21 a.m. Jan. 11 to a residence in Daggett Township for an unwanted female subject. The caller stated she forced her way into her home and is now refusing to leave. Alyssa Van, 21, Wallace resisted being removed from the residence and was later arrested for resisting and obstructing a police officer.

■ Deputies responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash on No. 25 Road in Daggett Township at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 11. Driver, Jamil Gomez-Castro, 24, Daggett, lost control of his vehicle on some icy, snow-covered roads and overturned. He sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. The passenger was wearing his seat belt and was uninjured. Gomez-Castro was issued a citation for violation of basic speed law and expired registration plates.

■ A deputy was dispatched to an address in Harris Township at 4:15 Jan. 11 for a larceny complaint. The caller stated he had some items missing from his business and he had video of the suspect. An investigation was conducted and the suspect, a 37-year-old Wilson man, was interviewed and admitted to the larceny. Some of the items were recovered and a report was forwarded to the prosecutor's office.

■ Deputies were dispatched to a Menominee Township residence for a second time in the same night at 10:48 p.m. Jan. 12 for an assault in progress. Upon arriving for the second time, ti was found that the argument escalated and Jennifer Suennen, 34, Menominee, was arrested for domestic assault.
