Prison time ordered for bail jumping

MARINETTE — Hunter M. Dart will serve prison time for bail jumping.

Dart, 19, Green Bay, was sentenced last week in Marinette County Circuit Court Branch 2 to two years in prison for felony bail jumping. The prison term is followed by two years extended supervision.

A second charge of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed but read in for sentencing.

Deferred prosecution or sentence was ordered on a charge of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine.

Dart entered a no contest plea to the bail jumping charge on Nov. 12. The offense happened Oct. 22, 2018.
