“Second, it is my understanding that these compounds have been detected in relatively high amounts in all of Marinette’s main sewer feeder lines, which would appear to be inconsistent with a single-point source. Checking Menominee’s sewer line would be the next logical step, giving the fact that both systems share a common outlet, the Menominee River.”
