Viola E. Anderson made her final journey to be with the love of her life on Nov. 3, 2018. She was born June 11, 1922, to Walter and Flora (Seewald) Borths in the Town of Grover, Wis.
Vi attended the Wolfe and Evergreen schools in the Coleman-Peshtigo area. She worked at the Boreal Glove Factory for 10 years before marrying Dale A. Anderson on July 14, 1951, at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo, Wis. She currently was the oldest member of Zion Lutheran Church in Marinette, Wis. Vi enjoyed playing cards (card club), walking, spending time outdoors, time with family, friends and the dogs, shopping and going out to eat. Those fortunate enough to have met her knew how sweet, positive, and funny she was.
Vi is survived by daughters: Pamela Anderson and Cindy (Scott) Marineau; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; two infant daughters: Susan and Sandra; her parents; step-father, Fred (Lydia and Esther) Buss; infant sister, Ardina; brother, Myron (Helen) Borths; step-sister, Betty (Al) Maertz; step-brothers: Willard (Marge) Buss and Eugene (Lucille) Buss.
Special thank you to Dr.Karkkainen, Dr. Hamdan, Dr. Gomez, Dr. Mochizuki, BAMC, Augustana, Unity Hospice and all of their staff; to the family, friends, church staff and members who came to visit her.
