Katherine A. Kobe, 91, of Marinette, Wis., passed away on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, at the Luther Home. She was born on April 20, 1927, to the late Howard and Florence (Burke) Kiley in Duluth, Minn.
     On June 27, 1970, Katherine married George Kobe in Marinette and they have resided here since. She worked for LE Jones Co for 20 years and was a very active member of the UAW Union Local #566. She retired in 1990. She was a member of Holy Family Parish and loved spending time with her family.
    Katherine is survived by her husband, George Kobe of Marinette; son, Bradd (Anna) Yenor of Marinette; daughter-in-law, Pat Yenor of Fond du Lac, Wis.; grandchildren: Scott (Amy) Yenor, Bryan (Emily) Yenor, Bradd Yenor, Brock Yenor, Blake Yenor, Baylee Yenor and Nik Wrench; six great-grandchildren: Travis, Jackson, Sarah, Mark, Paul and Hadley; and special friend, Linda Djupstrom. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons: Brian and Barry; and a sister, Mary Jeske.
    Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Thielen Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 6 p.m.
    Entombment will be in Forest Home Mausoleum.
