John H. “Jack” Rogers, 89, of Marinette, Wis., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at Rennes Health Center-East in Peshtigo, Wis., surrounded by his family. He was born May 13, 1930, in Marinette where he resided all of his life until entering Rennes-East.
    Jack was a veteran of service in the U.S. Army. After returning home, he married the former Joan M. Gamlin of Marinette. Jack first worked as a milk route driver for Chet DeVoe and was later employed by The Ansul Co. until his retirement in 1992. Jack and Joan enjoyed camping trips, often with family and attending regional festivals while camping. Jack was an avid Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packer fan. He was a member of American Legion Post 39 and the Knights of Columbus.
    Jack is survived by his wife, Joan; three daughters: Denise Lentz, Diane (Andrew) Swanson and Doreen (Dave) Sebero, all of Marinette; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Kenneth Rettshlag of King, Wis. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra, in 1971.
    Friends may call at Hansen-Onion-Martell Funeral Home on Monday, Jan. 13, 2020, from 4 until 6 p.m. A service will follow at 6 p.m., with Deacon Jerome Thetreau officiating.
    Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
