In addition to his parents and loving wife of 70 years, Luella, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Vallarie Krzych and Marilyn Kramer.
Germain will be laid to rest alongside his wife at Forest Home Mausoleum with Military Honors for immediate family members only. Due to the current public health crisis, a celebration of life will be held at a later date yet to be determined.
