Prison ordered for drug possession

MARINETTE — A southern Wisconsin man will serve time in prison for drug possession.

Ernest E. Skau III, 44, Kenosha, Wisconsin, was sentenced last week in Marinette County Circuit Court Branch 1 to two years in prison for possession of methamphetamine. The sentence is followed by two years extended supervision.

Skau, on Nov. 4, received the exact sentence for a charge of bail jumping. That will run concurrent with the drug charge.

The crimes took place on June 4 and Skau entered no contest pleas on Sept. 13.
