MARINETTE — Local organizers of the push to bring Marinette and Menominee into the winner’s circle of Deluxe Corp.’s “Small Business Revolution — Main Street” marketing contest have announced changes to the watch party scheduled for Tuesday.

The party to watch the online announcement of the Top 5 communities chosen by Deluxe Corp. to enter the national voting will be held at 6 a.m. Tuesday at the Marinette County Association for Business and Industry office at 1320 Main St., Marinette.

The gathering event is open to the public. Everyone attending is advised to bring their own coffee.

The group originally planned to hold a watch party Tuesday at the Mariner, which was scheduled for 11 a.m., but was advised by the marketing staff at Deluxe that the announcement had been moved to 6 a.m. If Menominee and Marinette are chosen in the Top 5, online voting would begin immediately after the announcement from Amanda Brinkman, co-host of the online reality series that appears on Hulu and chief brand and communications officer at Deluxe. Brinkman created the show on Deluxe’s 100th anniversary as a company.
