This is a list of adjusted hours and closings for local businesses in response to slowing the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). Businesses in Marinette, Menominee and Oconto counties that would like to appear on this list, should call the EagleHerald at 715-735-6611, ext. 150 or email news@eagleherald.com. We will continue to update this list as we receive more information.

  • Walmart. Walmart stores will be open 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. until further notice. It will have a senior shopping hour every Tuesday one hour before the store opens. 
  • Fuller Center for Housing, River Cities & Reuse Store. The Fuller Center for Housing, River Cities, & Reuse Store will currently remain open but are placing an immediate hold on pickups and deliveries. Additionally, it will not be accepting donations until further notice. 
  • Marinette Senior Center. The Marinette Senior Center will close effective March 16 until further notice. The Marinette County Elderly Services will not be holding a daily congregate meal on-site during this time. For more information regarding home delivered meals, people may contact Linda at 7150735-9686. 
  • DAR Boys & Girls Club. The DAR Boys & Girls Club will be closed effective March 16 with a tentative reopening date of April 6. 
  • Marinette County Libraries. All Marinette County Libraries will close beginning tonight (March 16) through April 6. Due dates for books will be extended.
  • Menominee County Libraries. All Menominee County Library and bookmobile services are currently closed. All overdue DVD fines will be waived.
  • Menominee County Road Commission. Effective March 16, the Menominee County Road Commission will close its front office to walk-ins and nonessential vendors without scheduled deliveries. The office will be closed until April 6. All board meetings will be held as scheduled and are open to the public.   • Little Nugget Golf Course. The Little Nugget Golf Course will be closed Sundays-Tuesdays and will only be offering take out food
  • Michigan Welcome Center. All Michigan Welcome Centers will be closed until further notice. 
  • Affordable Insurance. Affordable Insurance in Marinette and Menominee is restricting walk-in services. People may still call during regular business hours. 
  • Community REC Center. The Community REC Center is closed until further notice.
  • Greater Marinette Menominee YMCA. The Y will be closed until March 31. 
  • Maritime Center of Excellence. The MCOE will be closed to walk-in's until further notice.
  • School District of Wausaukee. The district will be closed March 17 to April 3. The Wausaukee Little Learners Center Daycare will remain open normal business hours.
  • Joe's Salon. Joe's Salon in Menominee will be closed until March 31.
  • Reclaimed Revival. Reclaimed Revival in Menominee will be closed until April 3. 
  • Marinette Insurance and Financial Services. Marinette Insurance is restricting walk-in services. People may still call during regular business hours. 
  • The Harbors. The Harbors residential section doors will be locked. Only essential visitors, nurses and staff will be allowed in until further notice. 
  • Peshtigo Senior Center. The Peshtigo Senior Center will close until further notice. The Marinette County Elderly Services will not be holding a daily congregate meal on-site during this time.The center will still be delivering meals to its home meal participants.
  • Scoops Sports Cafe. The cafe will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with delivery and carry out from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 to 6 p.m.
  • University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay announced that it is extending alternative class delivery through the spring semester. University housing will remain open to anyone who needs residence.
  • Farmers & Merchants Bank & Trust. The lobbies will be closed however, drive-up tellers, night drop boxes, ATMs and eBanking services will still be available. 
  • The Salvation Army. The Salvation Army will continue its meal program on a to go basis and its food pantry will be changed from choice pantry to pre-packed bags.  Emergency Assistance will be by appointment only.  All other programs are canceled for the rest of March including Sunday Worship, youth programming, Bible Study, etc. The Youth Center will also be closed. 
  • LaCanne Family Dental. LaCanne Family Dental will be suspending all elective treatment from March 23 to April 6 per the recommendation by the ADA. It will be available to see any emergencies (current patients and non-current patients).
  • River Cities Community Pool. The River Cities Community Pool is closed until further notice. 
  • PCM Credit Union (PCMCU). PCMCU has temporarily closed all branch lobbies with plans to re-open April 13.The drive-up facility will remain open, along with night deposit and ATM access. 
  • Insight Vision. Insight Visions will remain open but has changed its operating hours to Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • North East Wisconsin Credit Union. N.E.W. Credit Union will be closing its lobbies until further notices. Drive-up lanes will still be open and online services are available. 
  • Public Health Department. The Public Health Department in Menominee will close its office to the public until April 5. Menominee County residents may still call 906-863-4451 to request an appointment. 
  • Danielson Insurance Agency Inc. Danielson Insurance Agency in Menominee is closed to the public until further notice. It is still accepting phone calls and text messages. 
  • Stephenson National Bank and Trust. SNBT is closing all lobbies effective March 19 until April 6. All eTellers/drive-ups, eBanking services and the customer call center will remain available as normal.
  • Social Security Offices. Social Security Offices will be closed to the public. People may still conduct personal business online at https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/
  • Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles. Wisconsin DMVs will be closed March 20 to deep clean offices. DMV's will minimize in-person transactions and direct customers to online services on March 20. 
  • Marinette Moose Lodge. The lodge will be open Fridays 5 to 7:30 p.m. for carryout purchases only. 
  • Integra First Federal Credit Union. All lobbies will be closed, however, drive-up tellers, night drop, ATM's and eBanking services will still be available. 
  • Taxi, Inc. Taxi, Inc. has suspended service from March 21 to April 5. Taxi, Inc. will operate Monday through Friday piloting a trial program picking up pre-ordered and pre-paid orders at grocery stores and pharmacies delivering curb-side.
  • Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. NWTC is closing all buildings to the public until further notice. The college will remain open to employees Effective immediately all NWTC sites are closed to future and current students until March 29. Effective March 29 until further notice, The college will hold all face-to-face classes and related coursework through alternative methods of delivery that do not require the student to attend in-person.  Hands-on instruction, including courses that have labs and clinicals, will continue to be held on-campus while abiding by the requirement that no more than 10 people can be in a confined space at one time.  Students will hear directly from their deans and/or instructors regarding any specific instructions on their programs. All on campus events have been canceled until May 10.
  • Northeast Wisconsin Credit Union. N.E.W. Credit Union will close its office lobbies. Drive-up lanes will still be open. Online services are still available.
  • Harbor Freight. Harbor Freight will now be open Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays until further notice. 
  • Bay Shore Credit Union. Bay Shore Credit Union will be closing its lobby March 23 until for further notice. The drive-up will remain open during normal business hours along with 24 hour ATM access and online services.  Staff will be available during normal business hours to take phone calls.
  • Chamber of Commerce. The Marinette Menominee Chamber of Commerce has closed its physical office until further notice. Jacqueline Boudreau, ED/CEO will be working remotly and people may email her at jacqueline.boudreau@mandmchamber.com.
  • St. Vincent de Paul. SVDP has closed its store but the pantry will remain open. It will provide food for two weeks per visit. People with the last name starting with A-L will be served March 25 and April 8 and people with the last name starting M-Z will be served April 1 and April 15. 
  • City Dump. The City of Marinette dump site will be closed until further notice. 
  •  Kevin J. Pepin, D.D.S., S.C. The dental office will be closed for all non-emergency treatment until April 24.
