Churches to hold combined services

MARINETTE — The traditional Thanksgiving Eve combined service of local Lutheran churches will be held at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 1600 University Drive, this year. The Rev. Keith Kolstad and The Rev. Linda Forray will officiate at a service dedicated to thanks for many blessings. The service will be held Nov. 27 starting at 7 p.m.

Following the service, a pie social will take place in the church hall.

A Thanksgiving meal will be held Thanksgiving Day at 11 a.m., which the public invited to attend.

Because of the multiple activities being held, there will be no Lord's Diner Wednesday evening. There are not enough kitchen facilities and volunteers at Our Savior's Lutheran Church to do all three activities.

For any further information, people may call Our Savior's Lutheran Church office at 715-735-3101.
