Boosters club to host Halloween party

PESHTIGO — The Peshtigo Boosters club will hold a “Spooktacular Bulldog Boo-ster Bash” Nov. 1 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Embers 1871, W3529 County Trunk B. Prizes will be award for the most “bewitching” of costumes. There will be cash and door prizes, 50/50 raffles, Pick-a-Prize theme baskets, mini raffles, Halloween games and music.

Tickets are $25 per adult and people must be 21 years old to attend. The cost includes food, soda, beer, Bulldog Brew and entry into cash drawings.

LaFave to hold office hours

HERMANSVILLE — State Rep. Beau LaFave of Iron Mountain announced his October office hours for residents of Menominee County.

LaFave will be at the Wildwood Restaurant, W5376 U.S. 2, Friday from 11 to noon.

“I look forward to seeing everyone at my upcoming office hours,” LaFave said. “We have been doing a lot of good things in Lansing to benefit everyday Yoopers.”
