BIG BAY, Mich. — Bay Cliff Health Camp, a nonprofit organization, will offer a Stroke Wellness Retreat Sept. 12-16.

This program is for individuals living in the Upper Peninsula who have survived a stroke and are living at home or in a nursing facility and are completed with any outpatient treatment or home-health care, along with their caregivers.

The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan gave the group a grant which makes this program is free of charge for the participants. The camps asks people to join them as they learn how to manage life after a stroke and discover techniques and strategies for moving forward.
