BIG BAY, Mich. — Bay Cliff Health Camp is now accepting applications for its Stroke Wellness Retreat Sept. 12-16. The deadline to register is Sept. 4.

This program is for individuals living in the Upper Peninsula who have survived a stroke and are living at home or in a nursing facility and are completed with any outpatient treatment or home-health care, as well as their caregivers.

Thanks to a generous grant from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, this program is free of charge for the participants. Join us as we learn how to manage life after a stroke and discover techniques and strategies for moving forward.

Anyone interested in the program may contact Martha Smith-Process at Bay Cliff at 906-345-9314. People may visit baycliff.org for an application.
