MENOMINEE — The Menominee Senior Center, 905 10th St., will host a class on cellphones and tablets Feb. 18 from 1 to 4 p.m.

This three-hour course can help people take better photos with a cellphone or tablet. While most of these devices have automatic settings and work well in sunlight conditions, it is when the lighting level goes down that problems start to accumulate. Understanding how to use the controls in the settings will help people to take better quality photos. This course can teach people how to adapt oneself or a camera to improve the success of capturing images.

The cost for this class is $18 per student. People are asked to bring in their device(s) and the chargers to have hands-on learning.

People may call the Menominee Senior Center to register, as class size is limited, at 906-863-2158.
