Ball in the House, a five male a cappella band, will perform at Blesh Auditorium March 26 as a part of the River Cities Concert Association 2019-2020 schedule.

MENOMINEE — The River Cities Concert Association (RCCA) has announced another season of world-class entertainment. RCCA is a non-profit organization of music lovers who buy yearly memberships to fund a season of concerts of the highest quality family entertainment. The following is this year’s lineup:

¦ Annie Moses Band, Copland to Cash-The Great American Spirit, will perform Sept. 24.

Live from Nashville, the Annie Moses Band is a classical-crossover ensemble who are known for their virtuosic string playing, eclectic vocals and stylistically diverse arrangements. The group includes six siblings and their father who is an award-winning composer, arranger and pianist. Their music includes classical, Americana, progressive folk and jazz influences.

¦ TAKE 3 will perform Oct. 15.

These three ladies who are Julliard-trained musicians bring a flair for the wild and unexpected. Take three takes the refinement of a rigorous classical background and mixes it with rock-star charisma. Whether performing their take on pop, jazz, movie themes or classical tunes, they bring roof-raising energy to their performances and excitement for audiences of all ages.

¦ Thomas Pandolfi, American Concert Pianist, Russian Romance and the Movies, will perform Nov. 14.

American pianist Thomas Pandolfi is a virtuoso who is showered with superlatives by critics for his passionate artistry and amazing technique. His remarkably warm and communicative tone is shown in the emotion of whatever he plays. Pandolfi’s virtuosity is breathtaking, and his sense of phrasing and command of style are marvelously convincing. A graduate of The Juilliard School, Pandolfi earned both his bachelor’s and master degrees as a scholarship student.

Ball in the House is an R&B /Soul/Pop a cappella group that has been entertaining audiences for over 18 years. Doing over 200 shows a year, they have opened for The Beach Boys, Temptations, Jonas Brothers, Diamond Rio and many more. Ball in the House makes music that will make people want to move. They use beat box and vocal bass under their cool harmonies to create a sound that’s hard to believe.

¦ Popovich Comedy Pet Theater, a circus and animal show, will perform April 27. This is the 2020 bonus family show.

The World Famous Popovich Comedy Pet Theater is a family-oriented blend of the talents of his furry costars and the unique comedy and juggling skills of Gregory Popovich, and three friends who are former members of the Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey Circus. Popovich is joined by more than 30 pets (cats, dogs and birds), that make up the menagerie of this unique show. Each one has been rescued from an animal shelter and given a new leash on life. Popovich Comedy Pet Theater currently performs at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas to raves and critical acclaim.

Memberships are for all five concerts and cost $50 for adult, 18 years and older, $15 for students through college; $115 for families which includes two adults and all children through high school and $115 for the Grandparent package which includes two adults and three children through high school. 

Single tickets will be for sale at the door, $25 for adults and $8 for students.

All concerts are held at Blesch Auditorium in Menominee at 7 p.m. Brochures are available at local libraries and all ticket outlets.
