MARINETTE — The Marinette Police Department informed the public Tuesday that sex offender Nathan J. Hardy, 26, will be released to the community today and will be living on Shore Drive in the City of Marinette between Parnell and Daggett streets. 

Hardy has served the sentence imposed on him by the courts. He is not wanted by the police at this time.

Hardy must comply with all requirements of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, have no unsupervised contact with minors, no visits to taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with his victim, and is not to consume alcohol or drugs. He must comply with standard sex offender rules and cooperate with electronic monitoring. Face-to-face contact with law enforcement is required.
