MARINETTE POLICE
Tonya L. Hultman and Ross A. Borneman were arrested for manufacturing/delivering drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia meth-related, possession of THC, maintaining a drug house, possession of meth and reckless endangering safety at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Marinette Apartments, 1545 Ludington St. Apt. 508.
A vehicle driven by John A. Opsahl struck a parked vehicle owned by Corey M. MacGlashin-Mech and struck a tree in the tree lawn owned by the City of Marinette at 2:15 a.m. Sunday on White and Houston streets. Opsahl was cited for driving while intoxicated first offense.
Ian L. Treder was cited for possession of THC at 6:57 p.m. Saturday on Marinette Avenue and Mary Street.
A 15-year-old Lena, Wis. male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:50 p.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 41 and County Trunk T.
Beverly A. McLean reported unknown person(s) damaged a window on her residence at 1 p.m. Friday at Golden Sands Mobile Home Court, 3400 Pierce Ave., Lot 105.
Jimmy M. Esqueda reported the theft of his men’s Diamond Back orange mountain bike at 3:47 a.m. Saturday from Lolli’s Pub, 2029 Hall Ave.
John J. LaCombe reported the theft of a Reese hitch and a floor mat at 5:30 p.m. Friday from 841 Gladstone St.
Jesse L. Braley was arrested on a warrant at 1:33 p.m. Sunday at 122 Main St.
A silver Razor scooter was found at 1:50 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of Main Street.
A brown AMF Roadmaster bicycle was recovered at 1:45 p.m. Sunday from the 300 block of W. Hosmer Street.

Carma Emmes reported a disturbance in the Town of Peshtigo.
Melvin Backman reported a miscellaneous incident in the Town of Middle Inlet.
Andrew Neumann reported a theft in the Town of Lake.
MENOMINEE COUNTY SHERIFF
Alayna Berger, 17, Menominee, was involved in a one-vehicle rollover while trying to avoid hitting a deer at 4:41 p.m. Sept. 23 in Menominee Township. No injuries were reported.
A deputy responded to a residence in Menominee Township for a report of a home invasion at 7:25 p.m. Sept. 23. The caller stated she returned home to find a female parked in her yard with several of her husband’s belongings and their two dogs in her vehicle. The caller stated she tried to convince her to leave the items and dogs, however she refused and left the residence. The suspect, a 53-year-old Menominee woman was located later and arrested. She was transported to Menominee County Jail where she was lodged and charged with home invasion and stolen property-receive and conceal. The dogs were returned to the owners without incident.
Christopher Cappaert, 20, Carney, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:55 a.m. Sept. 24 in Mellen Township. The passenger, an 18-year-old Carney woman was arrested for minor consume/possess alcohol. She was issued a court date and time to appear and released.
A deputy investigated a tip that was received from crime stoppers in the City of Menominee at 7:50 a.m. Sept. 25. After further investigation, two suspects were apprehended on drug and tobacco charges. The incident was sent to Menominee Family Court for review.
A deputy responded to a report of a dog bite in Nadeau Township at 5 p.m. Sept. 25. The complainant stated the family dog bit his son in the ankle. He stated it was an accident and the dog is not aggressive. The owner was advised to quarantine the dog for 10 days and advised if it became ill.
Heidi Dubey, 46, Peshtigo, was arrested on a warrant in Marinette at 12:20 p.m. Sept. 28. The warrant was for two counts of violation of probation out of Menominee Circuit Court.
A deputy responded to a residence in Spalding Township for a breaking and entering report at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 29. The caller stated that her mother’s residence was broken into and several items were missing. The caller stated they are in the process of moving her out. The investigation is ongoing.
A 21-year-old Wallace man was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:54 a.m. Sept. 30.
A deputy responded to a residence in Menominee Township at the request of a Marinette police officer in an attempt to locate a juvenile runaway at 7:18 p.m. Oct. 1. The juvenile was located and turned over to Marinette Police Department.
A deputy responded to a residence in Harris Township to find the residents of the home arguing over an employee at 7:18 p.m. Oct. 2. The parties were separated for the night and the complaint was closed.
Joshua Droptiny, 25, Menominee, was involved in a one-vehicle rollover accident in Menominee Township at 11:20 a.m. Oct. 3. Neither the driver, nor the passenger reported any injuries. Droptiny was issued a citation for violation of the basic speed law — too fast.
Sandra Solak, 53, Marinette, was arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs and possession of marijuana at 6:38 p.m. Oct. 3 in the City of Menominee.
Scott Laundree, 56, Marinette, was involved in a one-vehicle traffic accident at 5:10 p.m. Oct. 4 in Lake Township. No injuries were reported.
Dshon Mathis, 26, Wallace, was arrested for no driver’s license and was given a warning for expired registration and no proof of insurance at 10:51 p.m. Oct. 4 in Menominee Township.
A deputy responded to a residence in Mellen Township for a family dispute at 11:29 p.m. Oct. 5. Upon arriving on scene and speaking with both parties involved, the deputy separated the subjects for the night and the complaint was closed.
A 19-year-old Wilson man was arrested on a warrant in Harris Township at 12:45 p.m. Oct. 6. The warrant, out of Escanaba was for failure to appear for show cause.
A 33-year old Menominee man was arrested on a warrant out of Menominee at 6:38 p.m. Oct. 6 in the City of Menominee. The warrant was for failure to appear to show cause.
Deputies assisted Mid-County 114 Rescue with a call in the City of Stephenson at 4:10 p.m. Oct. 7. At the time of the call the patient was being somewhat combative. Once medical personnel arrived on scene, the patient had calmed and agreed to medical attention and transport.
A deputy responded to a business in Spalding Township for report of a suspicious subject inside at 9:07 p.m. Oct. 7. Upon arriving, the subject, a 26-year-old Escanaba woman was located and at the manager’s request was warned of criminal trespass.
A deputy responded to a residence in Meyer Township for a larceny report at 3:14 p.m. Oct. 7. The complainant stated that he was missing some items from different locations in his residence. The investigation is ongoing.
Seth Malawka, 20, of Menominee was arrested on two warrants at 11:28 p.m. Oct. 7 in Menominee Township. Both warrants were for failure to appear for show cause out of Menominee.
Deputies responded to 11 vehicles versus animal complaints, the K-9’s were called for assistance six times and one salvage vehicle inspection was conducted.
