Sex offender to be released Tuesday
MARINETTE — The Marinette Police Department announced Tuesday that a convicted sex offender will be released to the community on Dec. 19.
Timothy J. Norris will be released to the community on Dec. 19 and will be living on Shore Drive in the City of Marinette, between Parnell and Daggett streets. He is a 30-year-old male who stands at five feet, eight inches and weighs 179 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Norris must comply with all requirements of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry, have no unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with taverns, bars or liquor stores, no contact with his victim and no consumption of alcohol or drugs. He must comply with standard sex offender rules and cooperate with electronic monitoring. Face-to-face contact with law enforcement is required.
Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.
