Santy, 66, 1876 Wisconsin St. No. 1, Marinette, $200, 94 days jail, three years probation, 18 months initial confinement and two years extended supervision stayed, must maintain absolute sobriety to include no possession or consumption of alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription and taken only as prescribed and approved by agent, cannot enter into any establishment whose primary purpose is the sale of alcohol, enter into, participate in and successfully complete any assessments, evaluations, treatment programs and/or counseling as directed by the agent. Considerations will be given to AODA treatment, 1:1 counseling, and Cognitive Intervention Group; any mental health evaluation as deemed appropriate, substantial batter — intending to do bodily harm and resisting or obstructing an officer. Charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read in.
Drew D. Thebo, 21, Clintonville, Wis., six months jail, three years probation, two years initial confinement and three years extended supervision stayed, must maintain absolute sobriety to include no possession or consumption of alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription and taken only as prescribed and approved by agent, possession the intent to sell THC (200 to 1,000 grams).
