Patricia "Patty" Robenhorst

Patricia "Patty" Robenhorst, Pound passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at St. Mary's Hospital, Green Bay, surrounded by her loving family. Her new found faith and salvation in Jesus Christ led her through her courageous battle with cancer and she is now home with her loving Lord and Savior. Patty was born April 18, 1952, to Martha (Kardoskee) and the late Paul Sokol Sr.
Patty is a graduate of Coleman High School. She worked as a bus driver for the Coleman School District. Patty's hard work and dedication throughout her life was an inspiration to many. Her love for others was constantly on display while she tended to the needs of others before her own. Her smile and laughter were infectious and followed her wherever she went. Patty enjoyed her time spent volunteering for the Brazeau Rescue Squad with her special friend Sue Kanack. Patty's lifelong wish to visit Hawaii was fulfilled in July 2012 with her sister Karen. It was a vacation filled with love and laughter during her courageous battle.
Patty is survived by her husband, Richard; her mother, Martha Sokol, Pound; her mother-in-law, Jean Robenhorst, Suring; two brothers: Paul (Sandy) Sokol Jr., Roger Sokol, Coleman; three sisters: Susan (Mike) Lesperance, Coleman, Karen (Jeff) Tremel, Green Bay, Lisa (Robert) James, Coleman; brothers-in-law: Jim Robenhorst, Suring, Ray (Phylis) Robenhorst, Coleman; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Sokol Sr. and her father-in-law, Herbert Robenhorst.
Patty's family will greet relatives and friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman. Memorial Service 6 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014, at the Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Kostreva officiating.
Patty will be placed to rest at First Baptist Cemetery, Pound.
