Lenore "Pat" Parthie, 79, of Peshtigo, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Aurora Bay Care in Green Bay surrounded by her family. Pat was born on July 31, 1932, in Menominee to the late Leo and Mabel (Kuehl) Grenier. 
Lenore attended Marinette High School. After high school she worked at Lauerman's Department Store. Pat married Kenneth Parthie on September 23, 1951, in Marinette; they lived in Milwaukee for five years where she worked at the airport. The family moved to Marinette and then to Peshtigo in 1977. Pat had worked at the Eagle-Star and then Osco Drug for 25 years where they affectionately called her Ma. Pat was a member of St. Mary Church in Peshtigo and belonged to the Marinette Moose Lodge. She enjoyed spending time with her family at the cottage on Newton Lake, liked to sew and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
  In addition to her husband, Ken, Pat is survived by two sons: Tom (Elissa Hanson) Parthie and Kevin Parthie, both of Marinette; daughter, Karen Parthie of Peshtigo; three grandchildren: Caynen, Cyle and Cassidy; brother, Charles Grenier of Chicago; a sister, Anna Mae Mattson of Marinette and many dear nieces and nephews. Pat was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Patty Michalski; a brother, Robert Grenier; two sisters: Helen Grenier and Audrey LaPrise; brothers-in-law: Jack LaPrise, Carl Parthie and Merwin Mattson and a sister-in-law, Patricia Grenier.
  Friends may call at Thielen Funeral Home on Sunday, March 25, 2012, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. A Marinette Moose service will be held at 5:45 p.m. and Wake service at 6 p.m. with Sister Helen Plum officiating. Additional time of visitation will be held at St. Mary Church in Peshtigo on Monday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. with Reverend Richard Allen officiating.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery-Peshtigo.
