Joseph “Joe” H. Westberg, 63, of Oconto Falls, Wis., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at Aurora Baycare Medical Center of Green Bay, after a difficult battle with pulmonary fibrosis. He was born to Henry and Carol (Pilon) Westberg Nov. 21, 1955, in Sheboygan, Wis.  
    Joseph married the former Mary Thomson Feb. 21, 1976, in Lena. Joe was a woodworker with Capitol Interiors in Peshtigo for 25 years and worked for the past 20 years at L.E. Jones in Menominee, Mich. He was a member of the Grover-Porterfield Fire Dept. for 28 years. Joe enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, feeding “his” birds and loved his dog, Moxie, affectionately known as “Goose.” Joe was a great husband, father and grandfather and loved all of his family very much.
    Surviving are his wife, Mary; one son, Robert “Bob” (Christina) Westberg, Green Bay; three grandchildren: Kaylee, Axel and Scarlett; his mother, Carol Westberg, Coleman, Wis.; two brothers: Ken (special friend Barb) Westberg, Coleman, and Dean (special friend Carol) Westberg, Pound, Wis.; and many other relatives and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his father, Henry Westberg.
    The family will greet relatives and friends Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, 235 E. Main St., Coleman, from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m., with Deacon Peter Gard officiating.  
    Joe will be placed to rest at the Amberg Cemetery.
