Charles W. Clarke, 66, of Menominee passed away on Wednesday, April 19th, 2017, at home with his family by his side. He was born on February 27th, 1951, to the late Charles and Joyce (McKnight) Clarke in Columbus, Ohio.
        Charles proudly served his country for six and a half years, two years as a Green Beret in the Army during the Vietnam War, and was awarded  two Purple Hearts, a Silver Star, and Bronze Star. On June 7th, 1975, Chuck married Sandra Ivey in Ford River, Mich. He enjoyed spending time with family and fishing.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandy; four daughters: Cherie Ureta-Tellez of Phoenix, Ariz., Sandra Campbell of Bay City, Mich., Roxanne (Pastor James) Clarke-Burke of Menominee, and Crystal Clarke of Menominee; his son, David Clarke of Menominee; grandchildren: Michael, James, Shawn, Kallee, Kahne, Violet, Danielle, Victoria, and several others; seven great grandchildren; two sisters: Carol and Janice; two brothers: Leonard and David; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Cadieu-Thielen Funeral Home on Monday, April 24th, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. with his son in law, Pastor James Burke officiating. Military Honors will be provided. 
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Menominee.
