Alice V. Salewsky, 75, of Menominee, Mich., passed away unexpectedly Monday evening, February 6, 2012, at her home. Alice was born December 29, 1936, in Muncie, Ind. to the late Harry and Grecial (Roop) Colsten. 
On March 26, 1960, Alice married Roger Salewsky in Muncie, Ind. Alice was an active member of the Community Covenant Church in Menominee, where she held various church offices. She was also a member of the HOPE Bereavement Board. Alice's pride and joy were her granddaughters, and she especially loved their many fun shopping trips. She also was a very avid Packer Fan.
 Alice is survived by her loving husband, Roger Salewsky; one daughter, Amy (Tim Doyle); one son, Tim; and four granddaughters: Cassie, Cecelia, Lexi and Sara Grace. Alice is further survived by one brother, Johnny (Elaine) Colsten and many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by one son, Tommy and two brothers: Jerry and Billy.
 Family and friends may call on Friday, February 10, 2012, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Community Covenant Church in Menominee. Funeral Services for Alice will be held at 11 a.m., in the church, with the Pastors Tom Lach and Johnny Colsten officiating. 
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Menominee.
