MARINETTE — A Clintonville, Wis., man was sentenced to three years in prison and three years extended supervision Wednesday in Marinette County Circuit Court Branch 1 for burglarizing a Town of Peshtigo home.
Nicholas S. Cotterman, 24, also was ordered to pay $721.50 on a charge of burglary of a building or dwelling he pleaded guilty to on July 20. A charge of theft of movable property-greater than $10,000 was dismissed.
He broke into the dwelling March 6 and allegedly stole numerous items including a 70-inch flat screen television, Playstation 3, satellite box, laptop computer, iPad 2, musical instruments, DVDs and video games. Some of the items were found during a search of his home, according to court records.
