The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Tornado Watch that includes Marinette and Oconto counties through 7 p.m., as well as a Hazardous Weather Outlook that includes Marinette, Oconto and Menominee counties starting this afternoon through tonight.
According to the NWS, thunderstorms are likely this afternoon and tonight. A few of the storms could become severe, with damaging wind gusts the primary threat, as well as possible torrential rains with an additional 1 to 2 inches. Dense fog will be possible near Lake Michigan at times through tonight.
