(BPT) - Chocolate drinks have been popular for thousands of years, dating back to Mayan and Aztec civilizations. Hot chocolate is now more popular than ever, thanks to advanced automatic frothers and easier sourcing of chocolate and spices.

The first countertop frother that accommodates chocolate chips and chunks to create frothy hot chocolate, the Capresso Froth Control features one-button operation. This appliance has four settings: cold froth, hot froth, hot milk or hot chocolate. The special hot chocolate function lets you add chips, chunks, powder or syrup directly into the pitcher.

The design offers exceptional versatility. It comes with two frothing disks and one heating disk, which store securely in the bottom of the base. By using different disks with different settings, the user can control and vary milk texture for trendy flat whites, cappuccinos, lattes, hot cocoa and other specialty beverages.

The Capresso Froth Control can whip up traditional hot chocolate with chips, chunks, powder or syrup. This is just the beginning: White chocolate, mint chocolate, dark chocolate and peanut butter chips offer tantalizing taste options. It's easy to create your own custom recipes, including flavored hot chocolate, flavored steamers, matcha latte, hot apple cider and iced fruit lattes.

The removable see-through pitcher with stay-cool handle has a large capacity, accommodating 10 ounces for frothing or 14 ounces for heating. Dual auto shut-off ensures safety. The Froth Control turns off automatically when frothing or heating is complete, or when the pitcher is removed from the base.
