Alison Beth Gaedke and Daniel Howard Martin, both of Phoenix, AZ, were united in marriage on June 26, 2010. The 4 p.m. outdoor ceremony and reception was held at Little River Country Club in Marinette. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Anthony Knipfer, a friend of the couple. Alison is the daughter of Terri and Larry Gaedke of Peshtigo. Daniel is the son of Ron and Kathy Martin of Lodi, WI.
Maid of honor was Lauren Gaedke, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Melanie Orear, Gina Fochesato, Jen DeMeuse and Heidi Place, all friends of the bride. Best man was Andrew Martin, brother of the groom. Attendants were Nathan Hahn, Ben Mancheski, Gabe Donatell and Jeff Karls, all friends of the groom. Flower girl was Eleanor Pingel and Ring bearer was Jaden Ganter. Ushers were Nicholas Miles and Tom Kiehnau, cousins of the couple. The String trio included Andrea Roach, Kelsey Bliss and William Martin. Readings during the ceremony were read by Cathy Miles, Godmother of the bride and James Owen, Godfather of the groom. Program attendants were Riley and Macy Wilke, cousins of the bride.
The rehearsal dinner was held at The RailHouse in Marinette. A kitchen shower was held on March 28th and was hosted by family of the groom. On June 6th, a miscellaneous shower was hosted by family and friends of the bride at the home of Vicki Mylener in Peshtigo.
Alison is a 2002 graduate of Peshtigo High School and a 2006 graduate of University of Wisconsin - Steven's Point with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a minor in Math. She is currently an Algebra teacher for 7th and 8th grades in Mountain Trail Middle School in Paradise Valley, AZ.
Daniel is a 2002 graduate of Lodi High School and a 2007 graduate of University of Wisconsin - Steven's Point with a double major in Business Administration and Managerial Accounting. He is currently a C.P.A. at Barry & Moore, P.C.
The couple honeymooned to Negril, Jamaica in July and reside in Phoenix, AZ.
