MAAC members to display work at TOB
MARINETTE — Theater on the Bay Art Gallery will feature the work of artists James LaMalfa, Lauri Beldo, Nancy Gehrke, Laurel and Herb Buyarski, Katy Harpt, Ernie Pleger and Sherry Millard, who are all Menominee Area Arts Council (MAAC) members and Millie Hofer, Betsy Bradley and Margaret Hitch, three guests artists, during the month of July. The showing will include color photos, oil, acrylic, watercolor paintings and drawing. The exhibit will also be on display at the Farmer’s and Merchant Bank in July and August.

Fun for the family held at the Park
MENOMINEE — The Annual Family Fun Night, sponsored by the Menominee Recreation Department, will be held at the Great Lakes Memorial Marina Park, Wednesday beginning at 6 p.m. with a showing of “Despicable Me 3” at 8:30 p.m. There will be a variety of activities including Waupaca Foundry bounce houses, Menominee’s Aurora Bay Area Health Venter game area, Farmers and Merchants’ Bank and Trust photo booth, touch a truck featuring the Menominee Sheriff’s Department’s K-9 unit and food provided by Jack’s Fresh Market under the booth by the American Legion Post 146. This is a free event suitable for the entire family.
