STEPHENSON — The Menominee County Library in Stephenson and the Stephenson Subway restaurant are teaming up for a monthly reading challenge. Open to those 18 years and younger. Those who would like to participate may sign up at the Menominee County Library at the beginning of each month, set a reading goal and return at the end of the month with the completed reading log to receive a certificate for a free Fresh Fit For Kids Meal from the Stephenson Subway restaurant.

There is also story time Fridays, November dates are 9, 16 and 30, at 10 a.m. Story time is geared toward 5 and younger, but all ages are welcome. November programs are fall- and Thanksgiving-themed. The group reads a few stories, then does a related craft. Snacks are provided.
