CRIVITZ — On Oct. 13, the first-grade classes at Crivitz Elementary participated in the OREO Project (Our Really Exciting Online Project), a global event, in which students around the world stack Oreos as high as possible before it tumbles.
The event afforded the students the opportunity to work as a team while reinforcing math skills.
Once the project was completed and results recorded, the students made Oreo sculptures, write about their experience and enjoyed a leftover Oreo or two.
