So, I have the shakes like a presidential candidate before the debate. But mainly I'm just hear to brag that I lost 2 lbs. since yesterday. Weird science right?!

Back to my shakes. I went into GNC the other week where I bought this Ultra Woman's Active Vitamin Pill. That is NOT the name of the pill, I just can't think right now. And when I checked out, they gave me samples of hydroxycut, some Green Tea Pill, and a Cellucor? weight loss pill. Since I am trying to lose that extra poundage, I took a Hydroxycut this morning at 9 a.m. and finally just started getting the jitters. I don't recomend it to anyone. I could see if you took it before you exercised, maybe that's when you are suppose to take it, I suppose reading the fine print would have helped. Anywhoo, last night after fighting the all day 'get back on the wagon' cravings and old habits, I laid out my workout close for Spin Class today. Some spandex pants coordinating with a blaze orange tank top, which really takes me out of my comfort zone because I feel like an elephant. But what I learned last week is that you have to wear tight pants or you will chaffe (sp) You know those "biker" shorts, well they actually do serve a purpose for (high speed bike chases) aerobic rides. I actually had no desire to go today, trying to justify that I needed to make a grocery list and get some better food in my household. But, still, this morning I packed it up into my gym bag, still with the hestitance of not going. On the way to work I had a little talk with myself and said "Self, you need to workout to help your mood and gain some self-worth" So, now especially with the shakes, I'll go and burn that energy off. #sogladIbroughtclothes. Yes, that was a twitter reference. I actually have no idea how to Tweet...

I have Grit tomorrow morning, I absolutely HATE that class. It used to be LOVE-HATE- ooh so good. But now it's OMGoodness HATE with a very very small serving of LIKE. It's harder than body pump and ugh. Just when we got used to the very hard routine of weights, extreme heart rate rise with small cooldowns, the routine got changed to extreme cardio, jumping on and off Step Aerobic blocks like Frogger in Nintendo. If I can make it tomorrow, I will have completed the 6 week program, dang when I put it that way, I really have no choice but to go hate my life for 30 more minutes tomorrow morning..... MAZEL-TOV!
