Hello Monday, how are you. I had the Sunday Blues last night. Anyone else get those? I get each Sunday around 8-9:30 p.m., then realize hmm I should go to bed, but it's hard because I don't want Monday to come yet! So I ate too much. Oh wait, no that's been happening the past 2 weeks. I haven't ran or did much of anything. Skipped a few classes, went through a lot of drive-thrus.... just nothing. So this morning I was suppose to go 2 miles just to get back into the swing of things. Because when I seriously say that I have been eating non-stop and haven't ran for 2 weeks....I don't sugar coat things sweetheart. It's the truth.
Woke up around 6 am suppose to run, my stomach felt like rocks due to all of the chocolate/garbage I ate Sunday. So instead of waking up to walk and burn it off, I said oh sleep it off. So here we are. But I am planning on going to my class at noon, and have eaten less than 5 points today. So I'm on track for eating, and don't even want to cheat. Taking 2 weeks off of cardio and weights, I can def see/feel a differents in my physique. I am Flabby Kathy. I dread my first run back into things. I'm scared, so nervous, I think I may just go 1 mile tonight.
Although, I did the color run 5K in Milwaukee on Friday with some chica's, I don't count that as aerobic exercise. Check it out online, it's the happiest 5K on the planet, and it really was. We wore Tutu's, sunglasses, white shirts, and ended up being covered in chalkey bright colors head to toe. At each kilometer people were standing their with squirt bottles full of I think dyed corn starch. You ran through a cloud of smoke for 20 yards getting doused in color. We ran a little, but walked most of it. It was too cool of a race to just run through it as fast as you could and was sold out at 10,000 people, so the whole time you looked back to see who was trailing you, it was like an ant line, because there were people for miles and miles.
So after my huffing, puffing and jiggling, I look forward to getting back to where I was a month ago. I am only up 3 lbs. from where my lowest was, I assume it'll take me until Thursday to get those off. But I did this to myself. No one forced me to sabotage anything.
