So, on my week off I managed to gain all my weight back! Started off strong the first 3 days, then got hit with the food craze.( I blame Aunt Flow) But, the good news is, I am hoping it only takes me a week to lose it. Sometimes you can eat and eat, for a couple days, and realize that it's not permanent weight gain, just kinda hanging out in your gizzards. So I am hoping for a miracle here. So, we fall down, get back up and dust yourself off. I'm about every emotion in the book about it. Mostly sad and disappointed, so that's why I am going to empower everyone here with my favorite little motivator quote.

Here's to us! Here's to ordering a salad when you really want a burger. To making an ass out of ourselves in cardio class. To drinking more water than seems possible. To going five more minutes on the elliptical. To working out twice as much as your skinny friend. To saying goodbye to the old you. To falling in love with the you that you really are, not the you that you want to become. To looking in the mirror and not seeing any CHANGE, throwin on your running shoes and hitting the gym anyway.

Here's to carrots, shin splints, sweat shirts, perseverance, sore muscles, stinky socks, 6 am conditioning class, and falling down and getting back up. And here's to getting up tomorrow and doing it all over again.

I knew my head strength was too good to be true. Having "it" together for that long, with few slip-ups, is unheard of for me. Ughhhh.
