Ever since I've become selfish towards myself and family, I've been feeling much better about the outcome of my sexy hott transformation. Not worrying about what everyone else is doing. Not worrying about if I just ate a cadbury egg (which I did two days ago) that it ruined my day and should just keep eating until I can't feel my legs. I think needed the extra reassurance that it's ok to do what's best for you. It's ok to do the bare minimum.... it's ok. Here's a refresher....70% Diet, 30% Gym, Abs are made in the kitchen! Yesterday I fought an urge to eat a cadbury egg for my afternoon snack. Then I stared at it after supper. (they were 60¢ at Holiday, I couldn't say no) Then to make matters worse, I went to family dollar to get some crepe paper and came home with 6 PALMER SOLID CHOCOLATE BUNNIES! To justify they were 15¢ and had 150 calories in each. Compared to my 550 calorie bunny I ate a couple weeks ago. But, I didn't eat either last night and damn it feels good to be a gansta! (name that movie). I know in 3 days I might be saying that I fell off my wagon and ate my bunny collection, but I'm going to keep being positive over here in my mental gym. Kind of a boring week over here in crazyville, just kinda waiting for the sun to get here. Thanks for the snow M.Nature. We didn't get enough this winter, let's have some in spring.
