Love Yourself
Alright, I feel like a lot of my ducks are in a row to let you in on my thoughts and ideas. So far I am feeling very committed and pretty positive on my new journey in 2013.

I'm going to be very honesty with, because why would I lie after all we've been through? By February 1st I will weigh 195, by March 1st I will weigh 190, by April 1st I want to weigh 185. I would even settle for losing a clothing size, even if I don't reach my weight goal. Inches tie in my book!

I truly, deeply, honestly feel anyone can do this if they continue to change their habits. 30% Gym, 70% Diet, Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. Yes they are. I used to think that if I exercise my brains out and try to eat healthy, I should just lose weight. WRONG. It's a science. If you don't eat good, your abs will not lose that flab. You can't TRY to eat better. You HAVE to eat better. Eat Clean. I am not 100% sure of what that means, but I'm pretty sure it means grow a garden and eat it. Simple Foods, Fruits, Veggies, Fish, Lean Meat, Dairy. The Basic Food Groups. Don't eat those boxed meals, don't eat complex carbohydrates. Celebrities who say oh I work out 3 times a week and just eat healthy. Maybe they're not lying? Maybe they really do. If you have good portions and eat "clean" I am pretty sure you can have the body you want. You can lose weight by just correctly eating and not exercising. But you can't lose weight just by correctly working out and eating garbage. See my point. So, my goal is to eat clean. I'm not on a diet, I'm making new habits to stick to, because obviously my old binging habits weren't working for me. So, I guess, I can be your guinea pig.

What did we learn today?

1. Eat for the Body You Want, Not The One You Have.

2. Control & Slow Down.

3. Eat Before Your Hungry

4. Healthy Out To Eat Choices. Vegetable for a Potato. Don't Fit In, Stand Out!

5. Toss a Pretty Lemon In Your Water Glass.

6. Drink 1/2 gallon of water per day. (that's where I'm starting)

7. Eat Clean.

8. Create New Habits
